1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pnxbet ("pnxbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pnxbet website located at pnxbet.app, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pnxbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pnxbet may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of pnxbet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active pnxbet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. pnxbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pnxbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pnxbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pnxbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pnxbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pnxbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. pnxbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. pnxbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. pnxbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the pnxbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pnxbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
• pnxbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pnxbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one pnxbet account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by pnxbet.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pnxbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your pnxbet account without prior authorization from pnxbet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pnxbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of pnxbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pnxbet.

The pnxbet name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of pnxbet. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of pnxbet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pnxbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

pnxbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall pnxbet's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pnxbet account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

pnxbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

pnxbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your pnxbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by pnxbet

pnxbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if pnxbet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, pnxbet may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may forfeit such balance.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and pnxbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pnxbet's customer support team. pnxbet will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pnxbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pnxbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pnxbet will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the pnxbet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
